Socialtopia is an experiential learning and research project surrounding Enterprise 2.0. Specifically, I am looking to develop a masters-level understanding of how organizations leverage the enterprise-wide application of 2.0 — internally and externally — to shift communication into conversations that lead to improved stakeholder engagement, inspire creativity and innovation and help workers find serendipity in good times and bad.
The big social float is well underway and it’s impacting every aspect of life and business. Hence my Blog title, “Socialtopia.” The emergent ‘convergence culture’ has created an incredibly exciting paradigm shift in how we communicate and influence, sense and react, learn and share, live and socialize, work and collaborate. There’s much to learn and reflect upon, and there’s more to come.
